vegetables, proteins, and fiber. Ripe papaya should be avoided during pregnancy.

smoking are to be avoided during the first three months.

Precautions During Pregnancy: 2nd Trimester.
Congratulations on clearing the first stage and moving towards the second part. In 2nd trimester, a woman feels more energetic and comfortable in the new, bloated belly. Gestational diabetes is common at this time; therefore look for the signs like excessive thirst and blurred vision. Visit the dentist to get teeth cleaned and gums checked. It helps in preventing infection that spread in blood and affects pregnancy.
Diet should be rich in iron and make sure to get sufficient Vitamin C.
Register in childbirth classes. These classes are specially conducted for mommies to make them understand the delivery process. It is also a way to connect with other moms.
The final stage: It is recommended not to indulge in stressful situations as intense anxiety can cause a water break. Sleeping on the back should be avoided during this time. It is a safe period to do traveling, but make sure to have a sufficient space to stretch legs to stay away from muscular contractions. It becomes difficult to sleep because of the more significant body. Get foot massage and pamper yourself before the little one arrives.
